摘要
利用Pro/E建立了LJ276M汽油机连杆的三维实体模型,并应用Pro/MECHANICA分别对化油器式和电控汽油喷射式LJ276M汽油机的连杆进行三维有限元静强度分析,从而获得连杆在拉伸和压缩工况下的应力和位移云图,为改进连杆结构提供了依据。计算结果表明改为电喷后,汽油机连杆的静强度满足要求。
The three-dimension solid model of LJ276M gasoline engine connecting rod was established in Pro/E and the three-dimension finite element analysis of static intension for connecting rods of both carburetor and EFI LJ276M gasoline engines were respectively carried out with Pro/MECHANICA software.The acquired nephograms of stress and displacement under the action of stretching and compression will provide basis for the improving of connecting rod.The analysis result shows that EFI engine connecting rod meets the standard of static intension.
