摘要 应用GT-Power软件中的Muffler模块建立某型柴油机排气消声器的模型,并进一步得到网管化模型,同时进行传递损失的计算。通过对其结构及消声性能的分析,论证了消声器结构及消声性能改进的必要性,并分别采取了两种方案对消声器结构加以改进,软件仿真结果表明,经方案一改进设计后的消声器结构简单,消声性能有较大提高,而方案二在一定程度上也有所改进,但效果不如方案一明显。 The exhaust muffler model of a certain type diesel is established by applying the Muffler module of GT-Power,the model of the network is further obtained,and the transmission loss is worked out simultaneously.Based on the analysis of the structure and the muffling performance,the necessity of the improving on the structure and the muffling performance of the muffler is demonstrated,and the two schemes are taken to improve the structure of muffler.The software simulation results show that the structure of muffler that is improved according to the first scheme design is simple and the muffling performance is improved obviously,while the second scheme has some improvement to a certain degree,but its effect is not so obviously as the first.
