摘要
高效蓄热式燃烧技术是一种新型的高效节能技术,可将空气和煤气预热到1 000°C以上,使用低热值煤气,也能取得良好的烘烤效果。通过对原常规钢包烘烤器进行了节能技术改造,实践证明,蓄热式钢包烘烤器具有投资少、见效快、安全稳定可靠等特点,具有广泛的推广价值。
High efficient regenerative combustion technology is a new high efficient saving energy technology,it could pre-heat air and gas to above 1000°C,and using of low calorific value gas,good roast results could be obtained.After reformed the original conventional ladle roaster device for energy-saving,it was proved in practice that regenerative heating ladle roaster device had the characteristics of less input,quick returns,safety,stability and reliability etc.,so it has a wide range of applied value.
