摘要
检测73例矽肺患者和60例健康对照者血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-PX)和过氧化脂质(E-LPO)值的结果表明,与对照组比较,患者组P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-PX平均值均显著降低(P<0.001),P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO平均值均显著升高(P<0.001);上述检测值与患者病程、病情、肺功能状态均有相关;逐步回归表明,患者病程与P-NO、P-VE、E-SOD、E-LPO值相关最为密切;提示矽肺患者体内一氧化氮和氧自由基反应病理性加剧。
To study the effects of nitric oxide and other free radicals damaging silicosis patients,we measured nitric oxide(P NO),vitamin C(P VC),vitamin E(P VE),beta carotene(P β CAR),lipoperoxides(P LPO)contents in plasma and superoxide dismutase(E SOD),catalase(E CAT),glutathione peroxidase(E GSH PX)activities and lipoperxides(E LPO)content in erythrocyte of 73 silicosis patients and 60 healthy subjects.The results showed that Compared with the control group,the average P VC,P VE,P β CAR contents and E SOD,E CAT,E GSH PX activities of the patient group significantly lowered(P<0 001),the average P NO,P LPO,E LPO contents significantly increased(P<0 001).There were relationships in all indexes and course,condition,pulmonary function of silicosis patients.The stepwise regression showed that the correlation between course,condition,pulmonary function of patients and P NO,P VE,P LPO,E LPO values was clear.The nitric oxide and oxygen free radical reactions in the body of silicosis patients were pathologically exacerbated,the balance between oxidation and antioxidation was clearly disturbed.
