摘要 介绍了粗氦提浓技术的工艺原理,以某厂粗氦气为研究对象,采用钯催化脱氢和膜分离技术,设计粗氦提浓装置工艺流程,分析了流程设计中需考虑的关键问题。经现场实验表明,产品氦气中的H2含量脱除至1×10-6以下,氦气纯度由68.30%提高至93.27%,达到产品氦气质量技术指标。 Introduced is the process principle of the crude helium concentration technology.Taking crude helium of certain natural gas treatment plant as study object,palladium-catalyzed dehydrogenation and membrane separation technology are adopted to design process flow of crude helium concentration unit and analyzed are key issues needed to be considered in process flow design.The field experiment results show that H2 concentration in product helium has been decreased down to below 1×10-6 and helium purity has been increased from 68.30% to 93.27%,which has met technical and quality requirements for helium product.
