某厂循环流化床锅炉结焦原因分析及预控措施

结焦是流化床锅炉在启动、运行过程中经常碰到的事故。针对某厂75 t/h循环流化床锅炉调试期间发生的2次结焦事故原因进行分析,制定预防控制措施,有效地解决了该锅炉结焦问题。

Slagging is often happened on start-up and operation process of CFB boiler. This paper analyzes the causes of two slagging accidents happened on 75 t/h CFB boiler start-up commissioning and gives the countermeasures which can effectively solve the problem.
