摘要
主要介绍浇铸法在200 kA预焙电解槽立柱母线维修中的实施方法,并与补焊法和更换立柱母线方法进行对比,认为浇铸法劳动强度低,不需要停电,浇铸后母线熔合性好,是一种简单、实用、经济、值得推广的母线维修方法。
The paper introduces the casting method for maintenance of 200 kA riser busbar in prebaked cells.Compared to repair welding method and replacing method,the casting method has the advantages of low work intensity,no need for power off and good fusion performance of busbar after casting,it is a simple,practical and economical busbar maintenance method and is worth being popularized.
