摘要
建立了一个简便超高灵敏发样硒分光光度测定方法。以碘化物和罗丹明B显色剂与硒形成离子缔合物离心光度法测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)。结果表明该法在0.01~0.50μgSe(Ⅱ)/10ml内符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数ε562=1.42×107L·cm-1·mol-1,CV∶1.74%~3.63%,回收率95.4%~98.0%。该法灵敏度好,选择性高。
To establish a simple highly sensitive method for the determination of selenium in hair.Se(Ⅳ)was measured with centrifugation spectrophotometric with iodide and rhodamineB as colour reagents to form ionic associate.The Beer's law was obeyed within 0 01~0 50μg Se(Ⅳ)/10mL,the absorptivity was 1 42×10 7L·mol -1c m -1 at 562nm,CV∶1 74%~3 63%,the rate of recovery 95 4%~98 0%.The sensitivity and selectivity of the method was good.This method is suitable for the routine determination of selenium in hair.
