摘要
通过对传统以及现有坩埚法控制技术的现状分析,尤其是高支数玻璃纤维纱的拉丝控制要求,阐述了新的坩埚法玻璃纤维拉丝漏板、电熔和加球精密控制技术与解决方案。采用高精度信号采样、高分辨率控制触发输出设备以及高精度控制仪表,实现坩埚拉丝的精密控制,可明显提高产品质量和稳定性。
Based on the description of the traditional and current control technologies for glass fiber forming by remelt process,especially for fine glass fiber forming,some new techniques and solutions for controlling bushing operation,electric melting and marble feeding are presented.By mean of high precision signal sampling,high resolution trigger control and high precision instrumentation,product quality and consistency can be enhanced significantly.
