摘要
汽车轻量化不仅能提高能效、整车舒适性和通过性,也能减少材料的使用和自身功耗,符合低碳时代潮流。文章重点从汽车主减速器的齿轮设计、零件材料及制造工艺等方面,介绍了设计开发轻量化汽车主减速器的途径,经过改进设计,缩小了从动齿轮外径,减轻了主减速器质量,随着主减速器轻量化难点的不断攻克,将能设计出质量更轻的主减速器。
Lightweight not only can improve the efficiency,comfortability and passing ability of the vehicles,but also reduce the use of materials and consumption which comply with the times of low carbon trend.This paper introduces the methods of developing the lightweight vehicles' main reduction gearbox from the gear design,parts materials and manufacturing processes.Through the improved design,the driven gear external diameter is reduced.And weight reduction of main reduction gearbox is achieved.With the improvement of main reduction gearbox,more lightweight main reduction gearbox will be developed.
