摘要
以混合溶液纯组分易燃液体闪点的饱和蒸气压为基础,应用乌拉尔定律、双液系的气-液相平衡理论,运用Le Chatelier方程和安托因方程导出二元混合液的闪点计算方法。并例举易燃液体与易燃液体组成的理想混合液、易燃液体与易燃液体组成的非理想混合液、易燃液体与不燃液体组成的非理想混合液的计算过程。乙醇溶液闪点的计算结果与现有的文献资料比较,误差在允许范围内。计算数据用Excel处理,快捷准确,用于确定二元混合液体的火灾危险性。
Based on the saturation vapor pressure of flash point of the flammable liquid for pure components in mixed solution,a new method to calculate the flash point of the binary mixed liquid was developed by using Raoult's law,Le Chatelier's principle,Antoine equation and the theory on vapor-liquid equilibrium of binary systems.Some examples to calculate the flash point of the ideal mixed solution composed of flammable liquid and flammable liquid,of the non-ideal mixed solution composed of flammable liquid and flammable liquid,and of the non-ideal mixed solution composed of flammable liquid and non-flammable liquid were given.Compared with the existing literature,the calculated result of alcohol shows that the value of flash point is within the allowed error range.EXCEL program,due to its quickness and accuracy,was used to calculate the data to determine the fire risk of the binary mixed liquid.
