Through the experience summary of '2 +1'teaching mode implementation,combined with the new problems of leaving school in advance,practice guidance,graduation reply and so on in the process of implementing currently,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures with a developmental viewpoint to ensure the'2 +1'teaching mode which can develop smoothly in the new situation.
