转录因子FoxO3a相关调控通路研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Forkhead转录因子的命名,源于果蝇的“叉头”突变,该突变可导致肠的前后部发育缺陷。Forkhead转录因子家族有着一个高度保守的DNA结构域,这个保守序列的共同特征是具有一个长110个氨基酸的DNA结合结构域,即Forkheadbox(Fox)结构域,并折叠成3个α-螺旋(helix1、2、3)和2个翅膀状(winged)的大环结构,从而形成一个“螺旋-转角-螺旋”的基序。由此,根据上述保守DNA结合结构域的特点,义把这类转录因子叫做Forkhead/winged helix转录因子。2000年,Fox基因被正式统一命名为Forkhead转录因子家族。
