水性纳米氟碳钢构漆的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 用自制的纳米Al2O3和分散稳定剂,采用独特的分散工艺,成功制备出水性纳米氟碳钢构涂料.分散稳定性用756紫外光分光光度计进行表征;涂膜性能按国标检测并与传统钢构涂料进行比较.结果表明:纳米材料增加到4%(质量分数)时,分散浆体储存100天后,可见光透过率仍为93%左右;耐人工气候变化、耐洗刷性、耐盐雾性等性能均优于传统溶剂型钢构涂料.且节能环保,易于施工. The waterborne nanometer fluorocarbon paint has been successfully prepared by homemade nano-Al2O3,dispersing agent and unique dispersion technology.The dispersing agent was characterized by 756 UV spectrophotometer;film performance has been characterized by international standards and compared with traditional steel paint.The results showed that when nano-materials increased to 4%,After 100 days the piasma body of dispersion stored,the visible light transmittance was about 93%.The performance of resistance to artificial climate change,washing,smoke and others were superior to traditional solvent-based steel paint.Also the paint was energy saving and easy construction.
