摘要
社区的研究领域十分广泛,尤其是20世纪后理论界的学术倾向迅速分化,要对这一百多年的成果进行综述,就必须为这个综述确定一个可以避免关键性疏漏的逻辑主线。由于所有的研究都是从社区的某个方面开始的,因此将综述的逻辑主线确定在社区内涵本身所包含的构成要素上就是一个合理的选择。以此为视角则所有的理论成果可以归类到四个基本的研究主题:构成单位;社会互动;共同关系以及社区功能。对这些成果的总结、比较和述评的价值在于为今天中国学者的进一步研究提供一点启示和借鉴。
The research range of community is wide, particularly after the 20th century theorists＇ academic tendency differentiates rapidly. It needs a logical thread to avoid critical omissions if we summarize the community theories during the 100 years. Since all of the studies are starting from a particular aspect of the community, we should decide the elements of community concept as the logical thread. Then all the theoretical results can be classified into four basic research themes： constituent units; social interaction; common relation, and community function. Summary of these theories maybe offer a little inspiration and reference for the further study of Chinese scholars today.
