摘要 在保障性评价过程中,最重要的指标不一定各方案间有巨大的差异,不太重要的指标可能各方案间有较大的差异。为了让保障性的评估结果更科学,通常采用组合赋权法确定评价指标的权重。将基于离差最小化的组合权重确定方法应用于保障性评价就是利用离差函数和最小二乘原理,把目标规划方法引入到组合赋权中,从而得到指标权重的组合赋权方法。应用结果表明,该方法考虑了6个指标的重要程度,又兼顾了数据本身所反映的信息,得到的组合权重更加合理。 During the process of supportability evaluation, the most important indexes are not always to have great difference between different schemes and the unimportant indexes are maybe of a rather large gap. In order to make the assessment result more scientific, the combination weighting is usually used to determine the weighting of evaluation indexes. The combination weighting based on deviation minimization is adopted in supportability evaluation. This method uses deviation function and least square principle, and leads the goal programming method into the combination weighting. The result of application indicates that this method gives consideration to the importance of the six indexes and the information reflected by the data itself. The combination weighting obtained by this method is more reasonable.
