摘要
波形失真度是影响超低频振动计量校准精度的重要因素。本文提出了利用谐波陷波法反馈方式进行失真度控制的一种方案,分析了控制过程,并给出了反馈算法。实验表明,该方法能快速降低振动台的失真度,将失真度控制在2%以内。
Waveform distortion of super low frequency standard shaker is an important factor which influences the calibration precision.A precept of distortion control which uses harmonic notch feedback method is discussed in this paper.The control process is analyzed,and the feed-back arithmetic is given.Experiment shows that the method can rapidly reduce the distortion of vibration table,and the distortion could be con-trolled in the range of 2%.
