高校毕业生党员管理问题及对策研究

Research on the management and strategy of the CCP member of university graduates

随着高校持续扩招且高校发展学生党员力度的加大,高校毕业生党员人数也在不断增加。由于毕业生的特殊情况,使得部分毕业生党员游离于学校党组织之外,不利于对党员的管理教育,不利于我党的自身建设。本文在分析毕业生党员现状及原因的基础上,重点探讨如何加强高校毕业生党员管理,以期创新管理模式,完善对毕业生党员的管理。

Accompanying the strategic generalization of state tertiary education and the constant expansion of colleges and universities,the issue on how to manage the increasing student population of CCP member becomes ever demanding,and a pressing matter has to be properly dealt with.However,above all,the special difficulties we must face are those graduates who have already left the university and beyond the reach of precious circle.For the consideration of graduate party members and the healthy development of the CCP,we have by all means to find a solution to manage the present situation.This paper is focusing on the analysis of the above matter,and hoping to provide a creative framework for a realistic way of management of graduates CCP members.
