摘要
教师职务聘任制改革是我国高等教育界的热点,也是人事制度改革的核心。本文回顾了从1986年至1989年间我国首次高校教师职务聘任制改革的历史发展过程,并对改革产生的原因和取得的成效进行了简要的阐述和分析。
Teachers Employment reform is a hot sector of higher education is the core of the personnel system reform.This paper reviews from 1986 to 1989 China's first teaching post appointment system reform and the process of historical development,and reform of the causes and the results achieved are briefly described and analyzed.
