大断面软岩风桥设计与施工技术

Design and Construction Technology of Large Section Ventilation Bridge in Soft Rock

结合赵固一矿地质概况,介绍了11091综采工作面大断面软岩风桥的设计方案,并提出了采用锚网喷、C20混凝土进行支护及相应的施工工艺。现场施工表明风桥设计合理,简化了巷道布置。从施工方法上,简化了施工工序,减少了施工环节,加快了施工速度,保证了矿井生产建设的正常进行。

Combined with geology situation of Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine,the design proposal of large section ventilation bridge in soft rock on 11091 fully-mechanized working face was introduced,and constructing and supporting technology making use of anchor and net spraying and C20 concrete were also proposed.The study results showed that the design of ventilation bridge construction was very reasonable,which simplified the layout of roadway,reduced the construction process,and speeded up the construction pace.All this ensured the normal production and construction of coal mine.
