铰接式工字钢长梁支护大断面切眼施工技术

摘要 综采放顶煤大断面切眼施工受煤层顶板及巷道宽度的影响,支护及施工困难。利用回采工作面分体钢梁铰接成整体的原理,采用铰接工字钢长梁支护及二次刷帮成巷施工新技术,与过去传统的联锁迈步式长钢梁支护方式相比,新工艺架棚整体性更强,既缩短了支护空顶时间,又增强了支护强度,有效地解决了煤层顶板大断面施工的难题,为综采放顶煤工作面设备安装创造了安全的作业环境。 With the influence of roadway width and coal roof,the supporting and construction of large section cutting hole in fully-mechanized top coal caving process was difficult.Using the principle of articulating steel beam split into a general,and the new technologies of articulated I steel long beam supporting,and secondary complete tunneling.Compared with the traditional interlocking steel beams supporting a portable long stride,the new technics has more integrity,which shortens supporting time of suspending roof,but also enhances the supporting strength,solves the problem of large section construction in coal roof,and creates a more secure space environment for the equipment installation on fully-mechanized top coal caving face.
