摘要
以正构十二烷烃为原料,通过固定床加氢微反—色谱装置,对3种分子筛催化剂进行了对比评价实验。结果表明:3种催化剂随着反应温度提高,正十二烷烃的转化率都显著提高,异构选择性的高低排列顺序为M1(SAPO-11)>M2(ZSM-22)>M3(ZSM-5);随着反应压力提高,正十二烷烃的转化率逐渐降低,异构选择性有所上升。
The performance contrast test for three molecular sieve catalysts was carried out in a fixed-bed microreactor-GC system with n-dodecane as feed stock.The results indicated that,the conversion of n-dodecane has a obvious increase with the increase of reaction temperature for all three catalysts,the order of isomerization selectivity is M1(SAPO-11)>M2(ZSM-22)>M3(ZSM-5);With the increase of reaction pressure,the conversion of n-dodecane decreases gradually,and isomerization selectivity increases slightly.
