摘要
研究了HZSM-5分子筛进行多种方式离子交换后对加氢异构生产超高粘度指数润滑油基础油催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:HZSM-5分子筛经离子交换能够改变催化剂酸性,显著提高液收率。Mg2+离子交换的效果较好,而且增加离子交换次数有利于提高离子交换率,降低催化剂的裂化活性。
The influence of HZSM-5 zeolite ion exchange methods on the performance of the catalyst in production of super high viscosity index lube base oil by hydroisomerization process was studied in this paper.The results showed that HZSM-5 zeolite after ion exchange treatment can change catalyst acidity and markedly increase liquid yield,the effect of Mg2+metal ion exchange is better,and increased ion exchange times can improve ion exchange ratio and reduce cracking activity of the catalyst.
