摘要
文中对PC-2271螺杆式压缩机的管路应力进行了分析。计算出依靠原有吊架和支座可以分担部分的重量,剩余部分管道的支撑和吊架无法满足现场管道热膨胀情况下的管道重量。为此设计了配套、合适的支撑和吊架结构,完成了压缩机的找正工作。
The pipeline stress of PC-2271 screw compressor is analyzed in this paper.It is figured out that the original hangers and supports can share part of weight,and the supports and hangers of remaining pipeline can not sustain the pipeline weight in thermal expansion of pipelines.Therefore,the proper support and hanger structures have been designed and the compressor alignment has been finished.
