摘要
针对重油催化裂化装置(FCC)再生器露点应力腐蚀裂纹问题,归纳了裂纹分布规律,即裂纹主要分布在环焊缝上。并分析了焊接残余拉应力对裂纹分布规律的影响。
Aiming at the dew point caused stress corrosion cracks found in heavy oil FCC,the rule of crack distribution is summarized which indicates the cracks are mainly distributed on boxing welds.This article also analyzed the influence of welding residual tensile stress on the rule of crack distribution.
