摘要
为了考察某V6型汽油发动机采用停缸技术后的性能变化,采用一维分析软件WAVE对该机进行了停缸模拟计算,计算结果表明该V6型汽油机在部分负荷时停止单排3个气缸喷油,同时关闭进排气门,泵气损失大幅度降低,发动机燃油经济性显著改善,但停缸发动机振动有所加剧。
In order to understand effects of cylinder deactivation(CDA) on a V6 type gasoline engine performance,simulation study was performed by one dimension software WAVE.The results show that when cutting off fuel of three in-line cylinders and deactivating intake and exhaust valves at part loads,fuel economy of the engine improves significantly as well as pumping loss decreasing remarkably.However vibration of the CDA engine exasperates in comparison with the prototype engine.
