Humanism:Fundamental Dimension of the Ideological and Political Education on the Undergraduate

大学生思想政治教育与人文精神的内在要求是统一的,其目标都是使人成为人自身。当前大学生人文精神普遍缺失,主要成因在于文理分科制、高校教师人文精神的缺失和就业压力过大。在教育理念上以人为本、在教育内容上更新人文学科知识、在教育方法和途径的选择上着眼于人文关怀,是大学生思想政治教育培育人文精神的有效路径。

The ideological and pohtical education on the undergraduate is identical to the inherent requisition of humanism on the target of making the human being be himself. The main causes of the deficiency of humanism in most undergraduate currently are the separation of hberal arts and science,the absence of the college teacher＇s humanism,the enormous stress to get a job after graduating. The effective measures to cultivate humanism of ideological education for undergraduates can be mainly reviewed from the following three aspects： we should adhere to the human-oriented educational concept; we should renew the knowledge of humane learning in the content of education; we should put emphasis on human care in the method of education.
