摘要
笔迹检验过程中,鉴定员的目的动机、情感、实践经验等主观因素,有时可能会给检验造成一定的消极影响。从认识论角度分析,鉴定员主观因素在检验中的消极影响会客观存在,应研究避免消极因素影响的对策。
In handwriting identification process,the purpose,motivation,emotion,knowledge,experience and other subjective factors of examiner will cause some negative impacts to the test.From the view of epistemological,we analyze the subjective factors of the examiner and the negative impact to the identification,and pose some corresponding countermeasures to avoid the impact of negative factors.
