摘要
农村信息"最后一公里"问题是农村信息服务的关键瓶颈,手机作为一种便捷、易用的信息传递终端,手机短信平台在解决农村信息服务"最后一公里"问题方面具有独特的优势。论述了移动"农信通"和联通"电子农务"两大手机短信平台的特点,宝鸡的运行推广模式及其实现机制和实施效果。
Countryside information service is an important supporting factor in building a new socialist countryside and countryside well-off,while ＂the last kilometer＂is essential bottleneck of the countryside information service.mobile phone was a convenient tool of message transmission terminal and its cell phone messages platform has the unique superiority in solving the countryside information service ＂the last kilometer.＂ In this paper,the characters of mobile communication company agriculture information cell phone messages system and Unicom electronic agriculture,the promoted pattern in Baoji,realization mechanism and the implementation effect were elaborated.
