Discussion on Construction of Sharing System for Rural Science and Technology Information

通过对农村信息化建设现状及存在问题的分析,给出了农村科技信息共享服务系统的总体框架,指出了构建农村科技信息共享服务系统应以各级图书馆为服务平台、以TPI系统为技术核心、以开展知识流动服务为辅助,为广大农村用户提供快速、准确、全方位、多层次的科技信息服务。

By analyzing the current situation of rural information application and the existing problems,the overall framework of rural science and technology information sharing service system was sketched.It was pointed out when constructing rural science and technology information sharing service system,we should use all levels library as service platform,TPI system as the technology core and developing knowledge flow service as assisted way for providing fast,accurate,comprehensive science and technology information service for rural users.
