摘要
目的:比较高、低不同转移能力的小鼠前胃鳞癌细胞株的细胞耗氧和细胞膜蛋白巯基结合位置的性质变化。方法:采用电子自旋共振(ESR)、氧自旋探针和自旋标记等技术方法测定。
Objective: To compare the difference of two mouse forestomach squamous carcinoma cell strains(MFC C 34 and MFC C 64 ) with “high”and “low”metastatic capacities in the oxygen uptake of living cells and the mercapto binding sites on the membrane protein. Methods: Electron spin resonance (ESR) and the new techniques of spin labeling and oxygen spin probe were used in the study. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that there were significant difference in the ability of oxygen metabolism and the conformation of SH binding site between the two cell strains.
