摘要
对汽车供应链整合的文献进行简要的评述。文献表明,还没有普遍被接受的供应链整合的定义,但对整合的目的与内容已基本达成一致。同时,供应链的整合应该根据具体产品特性不同、核心企业的发展历程及特点不同而有所区别。为进行供应链整合,首先,必须对供应链进行诊断,其中Qu ick Scan是研究供应链变革的系统化的通用模型;其次,选择适当的供应链整合方式。精益供应链、敏捷供应链和减少不确定性的整合是最典型的供应链整合方式。汽车供应链中,供应商整合模式主要包括日本的"金字塔"式结构、欧美的合同式结构和我国的复合式结构;营销渠道的整合模式主要包括品牌经营和业贩店型经营两种,其中品牌经营是主流方式。
This paper reviews the literature on supply chain integration in automotive industry. It is shown that there seems no generally accepted definition of supply chain integration, however, there is little dispute on the goals and contents of it. And supply chain integration should be different according to the difference on product characteristic and development course and characteristic of the core enterprises. To implement the integration of supply chain, supply chain should be diagnosed first- ly, Quick Scan is a systemic and general model for the reform of supply chain; then selecting an appropriate method of integra- tion. lean supply chain ,agile supply chain and the integration by reducing uncertainty are the classic methods of supply chain integration. In automotive supply chain, the mode of supplier integration includes pyramid structure, contract structure and com- posite structure; and the mode of marketing channel integration includes brand management and repair shop management, a- mong them, brand management is main mode for marketing channel integration in automotive industry.
