摘要
人员流动日益频繁,核心人才的流失极易发生,尤其是在企业购并之中。这常常使企业措手不及,引发企业的业务困难,甚至是生存危机。本文在定义核心人才的特征之后,从一系列案例入手,明确公司并购时核心人才识别与留任的重要性,然后分析其风险,最后根据并购不同时期的重点提出解决方法。
The increasingly frequent turnover of the core talent occurs, particularly in mergers and acquisitions of compa- nies. This often leads to a surprise, triggering a company's business difficulties. In this paper, the definition of the characteristics of the core talent is proposed through a series of case studying. Then the importance of identification and retention of core talent in the time of mergers and acquisitions are indicated. Then the authors analyze the risks of loss of the talent and conclude with solutions.
