摘要
转专业制度的推行是高校人才培养模式变革的重要举措。作者以南京财经大学在2005年至2008年提出转专业申请的本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调查或随访的形式,实证分析了我校推行的转专业制度安排的效率或效果,发现转专业有助于提高学生学习的主动性和创造性。本文对我校提高教学质量、完善人才培养模式改革与创新,具有一定的政策性建议。
The enforcement of changing major institution is one of important measures to transform the pattern of training students' abilities. Taking undergraduates who apply for changing majors during 2005 to 2008 as research subjects, this paper empirically analysis the effectiveness of enforcing changing major institution in NJUE by questionnaire. We find that changing major is helpful to improve the students' initiativeness and creativeness in studies ,which are significantly influenced by the causes of changing major. This conclusion will provide suggestions for improving teaching quality and perfecting pattern of training students' abilities in college.
