摘要
组织在雇佣员工的时候,招聘方和应聘方同时存在风险。从招聘方的视角,运用信息不对称理论,对聘用过程中常见的逆向选择和道德风险进行分析,并提出相应的风险管理策略。
Both recruiters and candidates suffered the risk in the process of hiring employees. In this paper, we used asymmetric information to analyze the adverse selection and the moral hazard in the course of recuitment and employment, and raised the corresponding risk management strategies.
