摘要
滨州市作为黄河三角洲开发的主阵地,中小企业已经成为经济和社会发展的一支重要支撑力量。然而,从滨州市许多中小企业发展情况来看,自主品牌发展的意识不足,有影响的品牌不多,区域分布较散,缺乏整体影响力。在黄河三角洲高效生态经济区开发建设的难得机遇下,走产业集群化道路将成为中小企业区域品牌发展的路径选择。为此,中小企业应在政府搭台、企业唱戏、市场运作的三位一体中,实施卫星战略、共生战略、特色战略,构筑高效生态,向产业集群化道路迈进。
Binzhou is the main battle field of the development of Yellow River Delta. The medium-sized and small enterprises in Binzhou have already became the important support strength for economic and social development. However,in terms of the development situation of medium-sized and small enterprises in Binzhou, the independent brand development consciousness is insufficient, the influential brands are not enough, the regional distribution disperses and the overall influence lacks. With the rare opportunity of the development and construction of Yellow River Delta efficient ecological and economic zone, the path of industry cluster will be the right choice for the regional brand development of medium-sized and small enterprises. Therefore, medium-sized and small enterprises should carry out "the satellite strategy" ,"the symbiosis strategy" and "the characteristic strategy" so as to develop on the path of industry cluster in the trinity of the government' stage,enterprises' performance and market operation.
