Rethinking on the Last Ten Years Curriculum Reform of Basic Education

以全面实施素质教育为核心、构建新的基础教育课程体系为目标,新中国成立后的第八次基础教育课程改革走过了十年历程。站在新的历史起点上,我国的基础教育改革更加注重以人为本、提高质量、均衡发展、促进公平。回顾并追问十年基础教育课程改革的内在动力、取得的经验和存在的问题,对于推动我国基础教育新的科学发展,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

From the 3th National Education Working Conference in 1999,we have pushed new curriculum reform of basic education for 10 years.And now,as the new symbol of National Mid and Long Term Educational Development Plan making,our basic education reform will enter new era.So to rethink and sum up the experences and problems of last ten years curriculum reforming is very necessary for education theory and practice.
