The Empirical Analysis of Technological Innovation Policies in China

近年来,世界各国越来越认识到科学技术对于提高国家综合国力的重要性,许多国家特别是一些主要发达国家都在根据形势与发展趋势的变化,调整科技政策,重新部署发展重点。本文通过对国内外技术创新政策的研究,尤其是对我国技术创新政策发展的实证研究,发现我国技术创新政策的特征。

Recently,all the countries in the world have realized the importance of science and technology in improving their comprehensive national power.Many countries,especially the main developed ones adjust science and technology policies,and deploy the development focus according to the change of situation and the development trend.This paper analyzes technological innovation policies in China and abroad,empirically the development of technological innovation policies in China to find out their characters.
