Establishing a New Cultural Context for Administration and Promoting the Development of E-government

电子政务建设的根本目标是为了改善政府的公共服务。因此,如何打破部门障碍,提高政府公共服务的质量和用户满意度,成为现阶段我国电子政务研究的重要课题。本文指出培育电子政务环境下新的社会行政文化环境,可以有效化解这一难题。

The establishment of EGA mainly aims at improving the public service of goverment. As a result, how to break down the barriers between departments and improve the quality of public service and user’s satisfaction becomes a key issue of contemporary e-government research. However, this paper points out the establishment of a new cultural context for administration helps to solve this problem.
