新办本科院校教材的编纂及使用——兼论《英语专业概况》的编写构想

The Compilation and Use of Textbook for Newly-opened Undergraduate Colleges——Study on Compiling Idea of A General Survey of the English Specialty

对新办本科院校来说,正确处理教材与课堂教学的关系至关紧要,既不能盲目崇信优秀教材,也不能"目中无人",自行其是。由于学校情况各不相同,新办本科院校在选用成熟教材的同时,也可以从满足学生实际需要和培养人才需要出发,依据编写原则,自编一些教材。鉴于"英语专业概况"课程教学的实际情况,本文提出编纂课程教材的建议。

For newly-opened undergraduate colleges,it is of great importance to properly deal with the relationship between the textbook and the classroom teaching content.They cannot either blindly believe in recommended textbooks or treat these textbooks with their noses in the air and go their own way.In view of the different circumstances,while selecting the well-compiled textbooks,newly-opened colleges may independently compile certain textbooks by following the principles in order to satisfy the needs of students’ learning and talent cultivation.Finally,considering the practical situation of the course ＂A General Survey of the English Specialty＂,the writer suggests compiling the textbook for this course.
