摘要
IFN-β是人和动物受到细菌、病毒、核苷酸等刺激物诱导下,由成纤维细胞、白细胞等产生的一种微量、高效的细胞因子。它具有抗病毒、抑制和杀伤肿瘤细胞、免疫调节等作用,主要用于多发性硬化症、肝炎或其它病毒性感染的治疗。本文将对干扰素β的分子结构、理化性质、生物学作用及其生产现状和发展前景做一简要概述。
IFN-beta is a type of microamount,high active cytokine that produced in human and other animals mainly by fibroblasts leucocyte and so on.when human and animals were induced by bacteriurm virus,nucleotide and so on.The synthesis of IFN-beta can be induced by common inducers of interferons,including bacterium,viruss,and some nucleotide acids.As IFN-beta has the effect of antivirus,inhibition killing cancer cell and immunoloregulation,it can be used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis,hepatitis and other virus infection diseases.This paper summarized the molecular structure,physico-chemical character,biology effect of INF-beta and further analyzed its′ producing status and developing foreground of INF-beta.
