基于Mapgis技术的地质灾害气象预警系统研究 被引量:15

摘要 我国处于特殊的地质构造部位,地质灾害分布广、类型多、频度高、强度大,特别是临近汛期,集中降雨诱发多起崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害,造成了严重的人员伤亡及经济损失。在对汛期地质灾害的防灾减灾研究中,发现基于MapGis技术的地质灾害预警系统是重要的防灾措施之一。根据区域地质灾害的空间属性特征和同期常规气象资料,分析了河南省西部山区地质构造特征及地质灾害发育规律,讨论了气象与地质灾害之间的内在联系,在此基础上引入并优化"α~β"建模理论方法,建立了汛期地质灾害气象预警判据,并且基于Mapgis技术开发出河南省汛期地质灾害气象预警系统。通过2004年汛期的初步测试,证明该系统具有较好的地质灾害预警预报功能。 Due to the specific geological structure region in China,the geological hazards are characterized by broad distribution in China,abundant styles,high frequency and great intensity.Especially during the flood season,geological hazards such as dilapidation,landslide and debris flow engender grievous casualties and economic loss.In the research of preventing and reducing natural disasters for geological hazards during the flood season,it has been found that the geological hazard early-warning system based on MapGis-tech is one of the significant measures for disaster prevention.According to the space attribute characteristic of regional geological hazards and the routine meteorological data during the same period,the geological structure characteristic and regular pattern of geological hazard in the west mountainous area of Henan province were analyzed,the inner link between meteorological phenomena and geological hazard was investigated.Futher more,the "α ~ β"modeling theoretical method was introduced and optimized,the early warning criteria for geological hazards during the flood season was established,and based on the MapGis-tech,the flood season geological hazard-weather Early Warning System in Henan province was developed.Through the preliminary checkout during the flood season in 2004,it has been proven that the system take on a preferably early warning function for geological hazards.
