龙岩市社会体育指导员现状调查及其对策

A Survey on Social Sports Instructors in Longyan

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对龙岩市社会体育指导员现状进行调查研究,结果表明,龙岩市社会体育指导员学历普遍偏低,工作年限短,月收入不高,专项素质也不够全面。针对这些情况,龙岩市政府及有关职能管理部门应重视社会体育指导员队伍的培养、建设并落实待遇,为龙岩市社会体育指导员提供施展才能的广阔天地。

By the means of documentation,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper has conducted an investigation and study on the present situation of the social sports instructors in Longyan.The result shows that the general qualifications of the social sports instructors are relatively low,and their work experiences are not long,their monthly income is not high,and their professional qualities are not comprehensive enough.In response to these circumstances,Longyan Municipal Government and the relevant functional departments should pay attention to the training of the social sports instructors,increase their income and provide a vast stage for the social sports instructors to display their abilities.
