Good-neighbor Policies are the major part of China＇s diplomacy.It is very important to establish the appropriate diplomatic strategies in the complicated geopolitical environment.Regionalism is an important trend after the Cold War.In Asia,regional cooperation with the guidance of regionalism is booming.China develops regional cooperation greatly to realize their power strategy and development goals,to provide the basis for a combination of diplomacy.Regionalism as a new foreign concept post-Cold War is not only the theoretical basis,but also proved by the practice gradually.
