摘要
主要介绍了以对硝基苯胺、H酸、4,4′二氨基苯甲酰替苯胺、苯酚等为基本原料合成直接绿NB染料的工艺及操作方法,讨论了盐酸用量、亚硝酸用量、PH值、分散剂等反应条件对染料反应速度、产量及性能的影响,介绍了其在印染工业上的应用。
This article mainly introduced the technology and operating procedure of synthesizing direct NB dye adopting the nitrophenylamine,the H acid,4,4′-diaminobenzene sodium,the phenol and so on,as the base material,discussed the influence to the dye reaction rate,the output and the performance by such response conditions as hydrochloric acid amount used,nitrous acid amount used,PH value and dispersing agent,introduced its application in the printing industry.
