制备固体超强酸SO_4 ~2/ZrO_2作为酯化催化剂,合成了标题产物的中间体异戊氧基乙酸,在酸醇比为1 6,温度为105～110℃下,考察了SO_4 ^(2-)/ZrO_2对标题产物酯化得率的影响,当加入量为酸的质量的 3.5％,反应时间为 5 5h,得率为 79.5％

The intermediate product isopentyloxyacetic was synthesized and the solid superacid SO42/ZrO2 was prepared as esterfity catalyst.The effect of yield of title product in mole ratio was acid:alcohol = 1:6 and reaction temperature was 105-110℃ conditions was studied.When the amount of catalyst is 3.5%(w%) and reaction time is 5.5h, the yield of title produce was 79.5 %.
