摘要
本文对从槐米中提取芦丁的方法进行了探讨。提取的最佳条件是碱液的pH值在8～9,酸析的pH值在4～5,含3个结晶水的芦丁熔点在 175～176℃,收率 12％。
A method of extraction of Rut in from dry bud of Chinese scholartree was studied.The best extracting conditions were that the pH value of alkali solution was 8~9, and the pH value of acid solution is 4~5.The melting point of Rutin with three crystal water was 175-176℃.The yield of Rutin was 12%.
