摘要
目的:甘肃柴胡野生资源枯竭,栽培柴胡各地迅速发展,为保证柴胡用于临床品种的质量,对野生和甘肃家种品种柴胡皂苷ad进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d的含量。结果:甘肃人工柴胡中所含柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d总量在0.3256%~0.7251%,低于或接近野生柴胡,含有较高的皂苷类成分。结论:可代替柴胡使用。柴胡野生资源枯竭,栽培柴胡各地迅速发展,为保证柴胡用于临床品种的质量,对野生和家种品种柴胡皂苷ad进行含量测定。
Objective:Wild resources of gansu Bupleurum are exhausting,planting bupleurum and making it develop rapidly in all parts of gansu province,the saikosaponin ad contents of wild and home bupleurum are determined to ensure the quality of bupleurum that are used inclinic.Methods:The contents of saikosaponin ad were determined using high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The total contents of saikosaponin ad of gansu artificial bupleurum were 0.325 6%-0.725 1%,that were less than or close to wild bupleurum,and it contained higher saponin.Conclusion:The gansu artificial bupleurum can substitute the wild bupleurum.
