单采血小板报废原因分析及对策

Analysis of the causes of solid platelet scrap and the countermeasures

目的:通过对单采血小板报废原因及影响因素的分析,探讨适当的措施与对策,降低单采血小板报废率,充分保护血液资源。方法:对长沙血液中心2007年1月～2009年12月采集的单采血小板报废情况进行统计和分析。结果:长沙血液中心2007年1月～2009年12月单采血小板报废率为5.44%,报废率由高到低依次为ALT偏高、血小板过期、HBsAg(+)、抗-HCV(+)、抗-TP(+)、抗-HIV(+)。结论:单采血小板主要报废原因是ALT偏高、血小板过期,建议加强献血者招募时的宣传教育,开展ALT初筛检测,加强与临床沟通,做好血小板采集计划,降低单采血小板报废率。

Objective：Analyze the reason of solid platelet scrap and the affecting factors to explore the appropriate measures and countermeasuresto reduce the scrap rate,and fully protect blood resources.Methods：To make statistics and analysis of platelet scrap which were collected in changsha blood center from January 2007 to December 2009.Results：The solid platelet scrap rate was 5.44%,and the rate from high to low was ALT side,platelet expired,HBsAg（＋）,Anti-HCV（＋）,Anti-TP（＋）,Anti-HIV（＋）.Conclusion：The cause of solid platelets scrap mainly is platelets expired,high ALT.To reduce scrap rate in single platelet,the suggestions is to strengthen the publicity and education when recruit donors,to con duct ALT prescreening,to strengthen the communication with clinical and to make platelet acquisition plan.
