摘要 本文着重探讨了硫硒化镉陶瓷釉的基础配方,通过“基础釉组成保护法”,使着色剂(Se,CdS)挥发减少到最低程度,而获得满意的红色。通过实验获得了SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-PbO系统的红色陶瓷釉的配方,并对其组分和工艺进行了讨论。认为制造硒镉红陶瓷釉是能实现的,同时使釉料呈色鲜艳、稳定,最高烧成温度可达1100℃,釉面质量与其它性能都达到了预期的效果。 The basic batch composition of sulfur cadmium selenide ceramic glaze was investigated in the paper.By means of the protection method for the basic glaze composition,the volatilization of the colourant(Se,CdS)was reduced to minimum to get pleased bright red.The batch composition for the ceramic glaze in SiO 2 Al 2O 3 Na 2O PbO system was obtained in the experiment.Besides,the basic composition and process were discussed.lt is considered that it is not only feasible to produce selenium cadmium red glaze,but also to make the glaze bright and beautiful and stable at the temperature as high as 1100℃.Both the glaze quality and other properties achieved desired results.
